Why do we process your personal information?
At Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L. we process your personal data in order to manage the profiles opened by the entity on social networks, as well as the contents and information included in the communication plan to promote its image and publicise the activity carried out by the entity.

How long will keep your data?
They are deleted as soon as they cease to be of use to the entity, specifically, they are deleted within the period set out in any of the social networks where the entity has a profile or at the time when the owner of the data requests the deletion and/or opposition to the processing of their data for the purposes indicated.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data will be the legitimate interest of the data controller in publicising all the activity carried out by the entity, as well as the explicit consent of the data subject given when subscribing to the open profile of Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L. on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or LinkedIn, and also when interacting with the entity through these profiles by means of comments, opinions, sharing the contents published on each profile or tagging the entity in the publications of the data subject.

Who will your data be forwarded to?
Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L. will not proceed to make any kind of communication to third parties, unless there is some kind of legal obligation. Each request for the exercise of rights that you submit to us must contain in the subject line the reference “Ejercicio derechos RGPD” (Exercise of GDPR rights) and include the following information: name and surname, address for notification purposes, photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport, and the specific request that is requested. In the event that the claim is exercised on behalf of another person, a document must be enclosed which reliably proves that the claimant is being represented.
