This document establishes the General Sales Conditions regarding products applicable to the orders placed by customers who access the web site www.wovorevolution.com owned by Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L.

Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L., in accordance with the proper use of new technologies and with the purpose of guaranteeing the rights of natural persons, and in compliance with art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 June, on Information Society and E-commerce Services, hereby informs you that our company can be identified on the Internet by the domain www.wovorevolution.com, www.wovorevolution.com, a domain whose ownership corresponds to Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L., with Fiscal Id. No. B27497684.

This page (along with the documents referred to herein) offers information on the terms and conditions under which we provide all our Products (“Products”) listed on our web site Website www.wovorevolution.com (“our Portal”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before acquiring any Product from our Portal. You should know that by acquiring any of our Products you agree to be bound by said terms and conditions.

We recommend you download or print out a copy of these terms and conditions.

Please, tick the box “I have read and accept the sales conditions” at the end of the purchase process before proceeding with payment of your bill, if you accept them. Please also understand that if you reject these terms and conditions you will not be able to acquire Products on our web site.

CLAUSES APPLICABLE TO THE SALE AGREEMENT

  1. AVAILABILITY OF SALE ITEMS AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE
    • Our web site is intended for use by customers who reside in Spain and buy Products that must be delivered within the Spanish peninsula.

1.2. If you are interested in having Products delivered to any region or country that is not expressly included within the sales territory of this web site, in accordance with point 1.1 of these sales conditions, you should contact us at our email address: info@wovorevolution.com or by telephone at 982 38 00 00, where we will inform you about delivery conditions and availability, as well as all of the resulting costs (delivery costs and possible customs costs that might be incurred) and the final Product purchase price for you the customer.

  1. YOUR CONDITIONS

2.1.  When you place an order via our web site, you are guaranteeing that:
(a) You are legally entitled to enter into binding contracts.
(b) You are over 18.
(c) You are acquiring the Products for personal and/or professional use and not for commercial use, unless a previous commercial agreement exists between CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. and the customer that allows said commercial use.
(d) You are acquiring products to be delivered, in accordance with the option you have chosen, to the address you registered as a customer on our web site by filling out the registration form.

2.2. You are ensuring the veracity and authenticity of any personal data that we might have collected concerning you. It will also be your responsibility to notify us of any modification to the data initially provided in the registration process that could affect proper compliance with the sale (such as, for example: change of address, email, telephone no, etc.), that will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and General Conditions of Use.

  1. ACCESS TO AND REGISTRATION ON THE WEB SITE

3.1 Access to and viewing of the catalogue of products published on our web site is freely available and free of charge, and does not require users to register.

3.2 Similarly, the sales process for products on our web site will require customers to fill out the mandatory fields on the form enabled for such purpose, not being required to create a user account to do so, although this possibility exists.

  1. STAGES OF THE PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE

Once the Products offered by Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L., have been chosen by the guest/user, the stages of the procurement procedure set out below should be followed.

  • Shopping cart validation: having chosen the Products they want to buy, the guest/user should validate their shopping cart, where they will be shown the Products chosen, number of items and their price.
  • Providing billing and delivery information: having validated their shopping cart, the guest/user must provide CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. with billing and, where necessary, delivery details. At this stage, any shipping costs will be shown.
  • Choosing the Payment Method and then paying: having provided billing and, where necessary, delivery details, the guest/user must choose the payment method (whether it be by credit/debit card, Bizum, Google Pay or Apple Pay), enter the relevant data and make the payment, with the obligation of expressly accepting the Sales Conditions (“terms of service”) by ticking the corresponding box. If this box is not ticked, the website will not allow you to proceed with the purchase process.
  • Confirmation of purchase: within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time the effective purchase payment has been made, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will send the customer a post-purchase email containing a summary of the items ordered. By accepting the general sales conditions, the customer agrees to receive any invoices electronically at the email address provided during the customer registration process. All appropriate measures will be adopted to mitigate the risks involved in the processing of personal data, in particular, encryption.
  1. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PARTIES

5.1 Your order is an offer to purchase a Product from CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we will confirm said acceptance by means of an order confirmation email (“Order Confirmation”). The contract between the parties (“The Contract”) will only be considered formalised when you are sent the Order Confirmation.

5.2 The Contract refers solely to the Product whose delivery or supply has been confirmed in the Order Confirmation. Under no circumstances will we be obliged to supply any other Product that might have been included in your order unless the purchase of any such Product has been confirmed in the corresponding Order Confirmation.

  1. CUSTOMER RIGHTS

6.1. Right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement:

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days immediately after the date on which the Product concerned has been received. .

In the case of delivery of multiple products, the period of withdrawal from the purchase agreement will start from the delivery of the last of the products, unless any of said Products were to possess any one or more of the characteristics set out in Clause 6.3 of these terms of use, in which case the right of withdrawal will not apply.

In cases where the right of withdrawal is applicable, you will receive the full amount of the purchase price paid along with any delivery costs incurred during Product delivery (except in cases where you have chosen a special, more costly type of delivery method) in accordance with our Return policy (see Clause 10).

6.2. To withdraw from the purchase agreement, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period described above, consisting of fourteen (14) calendar days, for which purpose the form provided by CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. at the end of these sales conditions may be used. You must also immediately return to us the Product/Products affected in the same condition in which they were received at your expense and at your own risk. You are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. In the event you do not comply with this obligation, the company will be entitled to file a claim for any damages that might have been caused in this respect.

6.3. This right will not be applicable in the case of Products that have been processed and/or mixed, or in the case of Products that are fresh, refrigerated, frozen or have a shelf life that is either less than or equal to the date on which we are notified of the withdrawal. Furthermore, neither will the exercise of this right be applicable in respect of Products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

  1. AVAILABILITY, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

7.1. Products which have been purchased on our website will be delivered to your home, specifically to the postal address provided in the order form. Said address will not correspond to a post office box or public place, such as public roads, squares, stations, airports and the like.

7.2. Your order will be fulfilled on the delivery date that appears on the Order Confirmation or, if a delivery date has not been specified, within a reasonable time period from the date of the Order Confirmation, which will not exceed 10 calendar days unless exceptional circumstances preventing compliance with said period were to occur. In such case, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will inform the customer, who will have the option to establish an additional time period, unless CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. has rejected the delivery of the order due to the non-availability of the product chosen, stock breakages or the delivery period is essential in accordance with the customer’s instructions when placing the order.

The approximate average delivery times estimated by CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. are between 3 and 4 working days from the confirmation of order acceptance by CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L.

If you wish to order a Product to be sent to another country that is not Spain, you must contact CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. to determine whether it is possible to deliver to the destination chosen within the delivery period specified in this point of the clause.

7.3. The delivery date will be established by us in accordance with our operators in the deliveries department and may vary according to the delivery address, Product type, Product availability or stock in our warehouses, or other relevant factors, in which case we will inform you by email of the new delivery date set.

Delivery of cream-based products and the Packs&Mix offered on our website will be undertaken by the logistics company Seur Frío, S.L. under conditions that guarantee the cold chain.

The delivery of beverages offered on our website will be undertaken by the logistics company Seur, S.A., unless products that need to be kept refrigerated, as is the case for the cream-based products, have also been acquired in the same order, in which case the whole of the order will be sent via Seur Frío, S.L.

CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will make every effort to ensure that the order arrives as swiftly as possible.

7.4. If the initial or new delivery dates are not complied with, you will have the right to terminate the contract and request CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. return all amounts paid.

7.5. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. hereby informs you that any orders placed via our website which cost less than 50 € incur a delivery cost of 7.95 € , which will be shown when the guest/user validates their purchase and enters their billing and delivery information, which will always be before making payment.

In the event that any Pack&Mix has been added to the shopping cart validated by the customer, the delivery cost shown will be 50% less than that mentioned above, and the resulting amount will be shown before proceeding to payment through our website.

Orders of 50 € or more will be exempt from delivery costs on the part of the customer.

7.6. At the time of delivery of the order, you must check that the Product is in a good condition and corresponds to the one ordered. In the event you were to detect any damage to the package (dents, open package, torn packaging, etc.), or if you have received a Product different to the one ordered by mistake, you must return it to us within 24 of its delivery and send us an email to info@wovorevolution.com outlining the order number, the damage detected or the product sent by mistake, accompanied by a photograph as proof of such damage. Once the incident has been analysed, and if it is proven that the damage to the package can be attributed to CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. or that you have received a Product different to the one ordered by mistake, we will refund the corresponding amount or send you your order again.

7.7 Aside from the circumstances referred to in the previous paragraph, when the Product itself/Products themselves is/are opened by the customer, if any defect were noticed (in particular, foodstuffs gone off, mould or other similar circumstance), CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. reserves the right to request the customer return the Product/Products so that it/they can be analysed by our quality control department. In these specific circumstances, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will be responsible for collecting the Product. Once it has been analysed, if it is indeed confirmed that the product was spoiled for reasons attributable to CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L., we will refund the amount paid or send you your order again in good condition.

7.8 Ignoring what is established in clauses 7.6 or 7.7, in terms of the circumstance that may arise, and not acting in accordance with what is established therein, may give rise to the loss of the right to a new delivery of the Product/Products or of the right to a refund in such case.

7.9 In the event the circumstance detected and foreseen in clause 7.6 were to entail the detection of defects or damage to the package, for orders made up of packs of beverages, packs&mix or other types of packs, the refund or new delivery will affect the pack as a whole.

In the event the circumstance detected and foreseen in clause 7.6 were to entail a delivery of a Product received by mistake and different to the one ordered, for orders made up of packs of beverages, packs&mix or other types of packs, the refund or new order will only affect the Product/Products of the pack which was sent by mistake.

In the event any of the circumstances detected and foreseen in clause 7.7, in orders consisting of packs of beverages, packs&mix or other types of packs, the refund or new delivery will only affect the Product/Products in the pack in which a defect in its characteristics has been observed (in particular, foodstuffs gone off, mould or other similar circumstances) making it/them unfit for consumption.

  1. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

8.1. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will be responsible for damage caused to the goods as well as for their loss, if this has occurred during transportation and up until they are delivered to the customer or the third person they have designated.

8.2. You will bear the risk of loss of the Products from the moment of effective delivery, except in the event a transport company chosen by you and which is not included among those chosen by CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. is responsible for transportation, in which case the customer will be liable for any damages caused to the Product(s) from the time CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. hands over the Product(s) to the transport company, chosen by the customer, notwithstanding the fact that the latter may subsequently claim damages from said transport company.

8.3. Ownership of the Products will only be transferred when complete payment of all of the amounts due in relation with the Products have been received, expressly including delivery costs.

  1. PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

9.1. The price of any of our Products will be that quoted on our website, except in the case of obvious errors.

9.2. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, our prices are always shown in euros and contain the legally stipulated VAT for each of the products offered in accordance with its characteristics. Delivery costs are excluded , (and will be added to the total amount of the order during the last purchase phase on our website once the delivery address has been specified). In the event you are authorised to pay a lower rate of VAT, we will only apply said reduction subsequent to your sending us all of the appropriate and necessary documentation to enable us to apply said reduction.

9.3. Prices are subject to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent.

9.4. Our website contains a large number of Products and it is possible that, in spite of our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our website may have been incorrectly priced. We normally check the prices as part of our delivery procedures; therefore, when the price of the Product is lower than the price listed, we will charge you the lower price when we deliver the Product. If the price is higher than that listed on our website, we will either contact you so that you can give us instructions as to how to proceed before the Product is delivered, or else we will reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

9.5. In the event that, due to any circumstance beyond the control of CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. an error was to occur when setting the prices that was obvious and unmistakable and that could reasonably be recognised by you as being a pricing error, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. may not continue providing this Product on account of the incorrect pricing, even in the event that the Order Confirmation has already been sent.

9.6. All of the Products must be paid for in the same payment before delivery, which should be carried out as follows:

  • Debit or credit card: via the payment gateway authorised by Abanca Corporación Bancaria, S.A
  • Bizum
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

You will be charged the total amount of the purchase before delivery of the order, and confirmation of the economic transaction on the part of Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L.’s bank will be required.

9.7. The customer’s purchase invoice will be sent electronically in accordance with what is established in clause 4 of these sales conditions.

  1. RETURNS POLICY

10.1. In relation with the products described in clause 7.6 of these terms of use (those which are found to have some kind of defect in the package – dents, open package, ripped packaging, etc. – and products different to those ordered by the customer and which have been sent by mistake ), if you notify us of any of these circumstances regarding any of the Products acquired on our website within 24 hours of receiving it/them, we will analyse them and notify you within a reasonable time period if re-delivery or reimbursement is applicable.

10.2 In relation with the cases described in clause 7.7 of these terms of use (when a defect in the intrinsic features of the Product is detected – in particular, foodstuffs that have gone off, mould or other similar circumstances), CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. reserves the right to request the customer return the Product so that it can be analysed by our quality control department. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will be responsible for collecting the Product. Once it has been analysed, if proven that it is in an unfit condition for reasons attributable to CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L., we will undertake to issue the reimbursement or send you your order in perfect condition.

10.3 In any of the circumstances foreseen in the two previous clauses, if you have chosen to be reimbursed, then we will notify you, if it applies, within a reasonable time period, at the email address you provided when you registered as a customer of the website, either as a user or as a guest. Normally, you will be reimbursed as soon as possible and always within fourteen (14) calendar days subsequent to the date on which we have confirmed via email that you are entitled to said reimbursement. In this case, the amount will be reimbursed in full, including, in such an event, the reimbursement of the Product’s/Products’ return shipping costs incurred.

If you opt for the product required to be resent, we will notify you if this is warranted within a reasonable time period and at the email address you provided when you registered as a customer of the website, either as a user or as a guest. Normally, your order will be processed within a reasonable time period that will not exceed 10 working days subsequent to the date on which we will confirm via email that you are entitled to such, unless exceptional circumstances were to arise which would prevent compliance with this time period.

10.5.  When you return a Product because you have exercised the right of withdrawal foreseen in the contract between the parties, and said right is applicable ( see Clause 6.3 for cases in which it is not applicable ) within the corresponding fourteen (14) calendar days, we will process the return in due haste and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days subsequent to receiving notification of your right of withdrawal.

When you return the Product, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. may halt the reimbursement until it receives said Product at CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. premises and checks its condition.

In this case, the full amount of the Product’s price will be refunded, including any shipping costs that may have been generated in the initial delivery of the Product. However, you will be responsible for any costs incurred by you on account of your obligation to return the Product to us.

In order to apply the full reimbursement of all of the amounts paid by you for the Product that has been returned, less the collection costs incurred by you in terms of the product collection option you have chosen, the following requirements must be met:

  • The Product must be in perfect marketing conditions and in its original packaging.
  • It must not have been used.
  • The original box of the Product itself may not be used as packaging for the Product’s return.

Once all of the conditions described in the previous points have been met and staff at CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. undertake to check the state of the Product and can confirm that reimbursement of the amounts paid by you is applicable, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will return all of the payments that may have been incurred within the maximum time periods stipulated in this clause in accordance with the return option chosen.

In the event you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the Product or Products subject to said withdrawal to CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L.or to any person expressly authorised by the latter within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following notification to CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. of your intention to withdraw.

10.6. The amounts received and applicable for reimbursement will be reimbursed as follows, in accordance with the payment method you chose when purchasing the Product:

  1. a) If you have paid for the Product/Products by credit and/or debit card, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will reimburse the amounts that apply by means of a refund issued to the credit and/or debit card used when purchasing the Product/Products.
  2. b) If you have paid for the Product/Products by using BIZUM, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will reimburse the amounts applicable by means of a refund issued to the BIZUM account used when paying for the Product.
  3. c) If you have paid for the Product/Products through Apple Pay, we will issue the refund to the card number Apple Pay uses for your payment card, instead of to the physical debit or credit card number.
  4. d) If you have paid for the Product/Products through Google Pay, reimbursements will be issued to your associated bank account, not to your Google Pay balance.
  5. OUR RESPONSIBILITY

11.1. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. reserves the right to interrupt access to the portal, as well as the provision of any service provided therein at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical reasons, power outages or any other justified reason.

11.2. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. guarantees compliance with any Service it provides with reasonable diligence and care and in accordance with the Law applicable at any given time.

11.3.  CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L’s liability for losses you might incur as a result of non-compliance with this agreement on our part is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product or Service you have acquired.

11.4. In no case does this include or limit our liability:

(a) For death or personal injury caused by negligence; or
(b) For fraud or misrepresentation
(c) For any matter in which the exclusion or attempted exclusion of our liability is illegal.

11.5. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. is not liable for indirect losses when they occur as a collateral effect of a greater loss or injury (such as loss of income, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of earnings, loss of data, loss of employees’ and managers’ time) notwithstanding the fact they may arise or be brought about by compensatory damages (including negligence) or non-compliance with contractual obligations, even if these are foreseeable.

12. OUR PRODUCTS’ GUARANTEES

10.1. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. holds the patent for the Products it offers on its website or that may be marketed through said site.

CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. chooses and processes the Products it offers on its website with the same care as you yourself would.

CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. supervises and checks that the Products it offers on its website comply with its optimum conditions of quality and freshness, reaching you, the customer, in the shortest time possible, and guaranteeing that the Products’ optimum conservation temperatures are maintained throughout the process to ensure maximum quality.

10.2. All of our Product sheets contain additional information on the Product, thereby offering the customer information about their main characteristics and composition.

  1. WRITTEN COMMUNICATION

The applicable laws require that some of the information or notices we send you be done in writing. When you use our portal, you accept that this communication with us will primarily be done via email, with postal communication being used as a supplementary means. We will contact you via email or post at the email and postal addresses you provided when you registered on the website or by providing you with information via ads on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to these means of electronic communication and are aware that all contracts, notices, information and other types of communication we carry out electronically are in compliance with legal requirements regarding communication carried out in writing. This provision does not affect your legally guaranteed rights.

  1. NOTICES

All notices you are required to send us will be sent to Campo Mundo Healthy, S.L., Ctra. Nacional 547, Km. 27, Lg. Ximonde, Palas de Rei (Lugo) or via email (with confirmation of receipt) to info@wovorevolution.com. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. can send its notices to you via the postal or email address you provided for your orders. A notice will be deemed received and properly delivered when posted on our website, 24 hours after the email is sent or three days in the case of a postal letter. The letter must be correctly addressed, stamped and delivered to the Post Office to provide sufficient proof of delivery and the email must specify the recipient’s email address.

  1. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

15.1. The Contract between the Parties binds both them and their respective legal successors.

15.2. You are not authorised to transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of the Contract, or any of the rights or obligations arising under it, without the prior written consent of CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. or in the event any of the clauses of these contract conditions specifically stipulate so.

15.3. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. is authorised to transfer, assign, charge, subcontract or otherwise dispose of the Contract or any of the rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during its term of validity.

  1. EVENTS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L.

16.1. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will not be liable for any failure or delay in complying with our obligations derived from this contract when they are caused by events reasonably beyond our control (“Force Majeure event”).

16.2.A Force Majeure event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident reasonably beyond our control, and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

(a) Strikes, forced closures or other industrial actions.
(b) Civil revolts, disturbances, invasions, terror attacks or threats of terror attacks, war (regardless of whether it has been declared or not) or threat of or preparation for war.
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic or other natural disaster.
(d) Impossibility of using railways, ships, airplanes, motor transport or other public or private means of transport.
(e) Impossibility of using the public or private telecommunications network.
(f) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

16.3. The execution of our obligations with regard to any contract may be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure event persists. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will have a time extension to execute its obligation for the duration of said period. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. will make the best possible effort to achieve the end of the force majeure event or to find a solution enabling it to execute the obligations in respect of the contract despite the Force Majeure event.

  1. WAIVER

17.1. The fact that, at any time during the period of validity of the Contract, CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. does not require the other Party to fully comply with any of its obligations or the failure to exercise the rights it holds in the application of this contract will in no case be considered a waiver of these rights or actions, and this will not release the Party from compliance with the obligations.

17.2. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L.’s waiver of any default will not constitute a relinquishment of subsequent payment obligations.

17.3. No waiver on the part of CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. of these terms and conditions will be effective unless it is expressly established that it is a waiver and is notified to you in writing.

  1. PRESERVATION

If any of these terms or conditions or any of the Contract’s clauses is declared null, contrary to Law or inapplicable by any competent authority, this will not affect these terms and conditions or the Contract as a whole, the provisions that cannot be considered valid being incorporated therein in accordance with what is established in the applicable legal regulations. In the event this were not possible, these terms and conditions or the Contract will be interpreted and executed in all of their terms, as if these null, invalid or non-enforceable provisions were omitted, providing the main purpose of these terms or conditions of this Contract were not defeated.

  1. SINGLE AGREEMENT

19.1. These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to therein represent the single agreement between the Parties in relation with the subject matter of the Contract, and they prevail over any previous oral or written pact or agreement.

19.2. The two Parties are aware that when they enter into this Contract, neither of them is in breach of any representation, commitment or promise made to the other Party or subject to any oral or written commitment between the Parties prior to said Contract with the exception of what has been expressly established in these terms and conditions.

19.3. Neither of the Parties grants any right to compensation in respect of any false statement made by the other, be it oral or written, before the date of the Contract (unless said false statement has been made fraudulently) and the other party’s only right to compensation will be the authority to terminate the contract, as is established in these terms and conditions.

  1. RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

20.1. CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. has the right to review and amend these terms and conditions periodically to reflect changes in market conditions that affect our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in delivery or transport costs, changes in the laws and/or applicable legal requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.

20.2. You will be subject to the policy, terms and conditions in effect at the time you place your order, unless any change in those policies or terms and conditions is required by Law or a governmental authority (in which case, they will be applicable to the outstanding order), or in the event CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. were to give notice of changes in these policies or the terms or conditions prior to sending dispatch confirmation (in which case it will be understood that you have accepted the changes with regard to the terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the Products).

What is our purpose in processing your personal data?

The Contracts for the purchase of Products on our website will be subject to the Spanish legislation in effect and applicable at the time of entering into the contract in accordance with these conditions. If any of the conditions and/or clauses that are included in this document were invalidated by a judicial or governmental authority, the Spanish legislation in effect when the contract is entered into will be applied.

Any dispute or claim that might arise or relate to these contractual conditions or to the contract derived from said conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts, both CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. and the consumer being expressly subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts corresponding to the consumer’s habitual residence.

The online dispute resolution platform provides a one-stop shop that enables consumers and traders in the EU to resolve their disputes with regard to both national and cross-border purchases made in an online shop located within the territory of the European Union. Therefore, both CAMPO MUNDO HEALTHY, S.L. and you will have the possibility of submitting a complaint to said platform to resolve any conflict derived from the interpretation of and/or compliance with these contractual terms and conditions.
